Appropriate age determination will be left to parent/guardian discretion; not recommended for children under 10.

No infants or toddlers. Minor participants ages 16+ that wish to participate in "Level 2" or "Level 3" must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

All eligible participants that choose "Level 2" or "Level 3" must sign a waiver prior to entering the attraction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

"Level 2" and "Level 3" experiences can be stopped by the guest at any point in time by removing the level indicator provided .

Expect limited vision, unlevel walking surfaces, moving rooms/props that may cause dizziness, intense/loud sounds or bursts of air, wet or damp conditions, sudden movements, stairs, ramps, depictions of gore, violence and graphic imagery. Fog machines and strobe lights are in use throughout the haunt.

You are responsible for your own safety and assume all risks, including illness (COVID-19 or otherwise), serious injury, or death inherent with this activity. No touching of the actors or props is allowed, those who fail to follow this rule will be removed from the attraction without refund. NO RUNNING. Surveillance cameras are in use. Slaughters Realm Haunted Attraction reserves the right to deny admission or remove any person we feel does not adhere to these rules.
